A Curry boss has bought himself a fighter jet to deliver his spicy takeaways to celebrity clients across the world.

Rob Abdul, 40, who runs an Indian restaurant in Gravesend, Kent, snapped up an ex-Iraqi warplane with a pilot friend.

"One thing you cannot do as a businessman is disappoint your customers," the Daily Express quoted Abdul as saying.

"I regularly get requests from around the world," he added.

The restaurant owner is spending 35,000 pounds on restoring the jet at Manston Airport near Ramsgate.

He has previously sent his curries thousands of miles to rock stars and to the English cricket team in Australia. (ANI)
